These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules for using the Glowllkneeux website and for participating in the coaching programs we offer from our Helsinki studio. By using the website or booking a program, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. About the studio

Glowllkneeux is a small routine coaching studio operating from Vaasankatu 14, 00500 Helsinki, Finland. Our services include one-to-one coaching, group programs and downloadable materials supporting the design of morning and evening routines.

2. Eligibility

The website and our coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. By using the site you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into agreements in your country of residence.

3. Nature of coaching

Our coaching is a lifestyle and habit design service. It is not a substitute for professional advice from qualified specialists. If you have specific personal concerns that fall outside lifestyle coaching, we encourage you to consult an appropriate professional. We do not make claims about outcomes that depend on individual circumstances.

4. Bookings and payments

You may request a coaching program through the contact form or by email. A booking becomes confirmed only after we have replied with a written acceptance and you have completed payment according to the option we agree on. Prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Scheduling and cancellations

Sessions are scheduled in writing. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another client. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as held.

6. Acceptable use of the website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access to it, send automated requests at a rate that affects other users, or copy substantial portions of the content without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

All text, design, illustrations and downloadable materials on the website are the property of Glowllkneeux or our licensors. You may print or save copies for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reuse — including republication, training of automated systems or commercial distribution — requires our written consent.

8. User-submitted content

When you submit a message through the contact form, you confirm that the content is your own and does not violate the rights of others. We may keep messages for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We will not publish any private message you send without your permission.
